This website is operated by DJ KEÏDAS (keidasmusic.com), based in Helsinki, Finland (“we”, “us”). We keep data collection to a minimum, and this policy describes, plainly, what little there is.
Messages you send us. If you contact us by email or through a contact form, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you write. We use it to reply, and for nothing else.
Server logs. Like nearly every website, our server automatically records basic technical data about visits: IP address, browser type, date and time, and pages requested. This is standard operation data used only to keep the site running and secure.
That's it. We do not require accounts, we do not sell anything on this site, we do not run advertising, and we do not sell or trade personal data — to anyone, ever.
Some content on this site is served by third parties. When a page containing their content loads, your browser connects to their servers, which means they receive your IP address and may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies:

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process contact messages on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to inquiries directed at us) and server logs on the basis of legitimate interest (site operation and security).
Contact messages are kept as long as the correspondence is relevant, then deleted. Server logs are retained for a short, standard period and rotated automatically.
As an EU data subject you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy of data you have provided. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below — no forms, no process, just ask.
If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish supervisory authority: the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutetun toimisto, tietosuoja.fi). We'd appreciate the chance to fix things first.
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
